LOGIC RETRO SYNTH - this thing rules. Most of what you will find in logic is enough, you just have to learn how to use it.

You will find that most strings plugins are heavy on the cpu or memory and there won't be one that meets all your expectations. I use all of them and mix a bunch together to grasp a real life sound. layers on layers.
